Load reference images and run real-time face swap from webcam or file sources. InsightFace backbone with quality presets from FAST to ULTRA.
◈ VIRTUAL CAMERA
Route processed video through OBS Virtual Camera into any app that accepts a standard camera device. Indistinguishable from a physical capture device.
◈ VOICE CHAIN
On-device pitch morph and preset vocal effects with low feedback floor. Use headphones to keep the loop clean.
◈ SCENE TOOLS
Background blur/replace, optional enhancement, and expression-coherent processing so the swap holds under motion and lighting change.
◈ PHOTO AI
Animate still images using landmark-driven motion transfer — static portraits become moving identity sources.
◈ MOBILE RELAY
Android companion path (com.blackroot.cam.app) and emulator integration (BlueStacks / LDPlayer via OBS VCam) for remote capture sources.
◈ LICENSE LOCK
Application requires a valid license key plus authenticator (TOTP) code to run. Builds are not open-source freeware.
◈ PRIVATE BY DESIGN
The core swap graph runs on your machine. Face and audio data is not sent to any cloud inference service.
